My tickets are at will call. How & when can I pick up my tickets?


If your tickets are at will call, you can pick up your tickets on the night of the event only at the box office when it opens. The box office will open one hour prior to publicized door time. You must present a valid picture ID when picking up your tickets.

I bought a ticket and I can no longer attend the show. Can I get a refund?


Unfortunately no refunds or exchanges are given unless a show is cancelled or postponed and you are unable to attend the rescheduled date. All ticket sales are final.

Do you enforce a dress code?


We do not enforce a dress code but do require that you wear some type of clothing and footwear.

What items do you not allow inside?


We do not allow: backpacks, large bags, outside drinks and food, large cameras, video cameras, weapons, and laser pointers. Please leave these items at home or in your car otherwise they will be confiscated if you'd like to enter the venue.

Can I bring in my small personal camera?


The headline artist determines if personal cameras will or will not be allowed on the night of the show. If you do decide to bring your camera with you and cameras are not allowed in the venue that night you will need to leave the camera somewhere outside of the venue as we do not have a camera check available.

Do I have to be 21 to attend a show at your venue?


Yes. All events within our building are strictly 21+ with valid ID. NO exceptions.

Is smoking allowed?


Smoking is not allowed inside our club but we do allow in and out privileges for smokers. Please obtain a stamp or wristband with our security guards for re-entrance before exiting the building.

Do you have a coat or item check?


Unfortunately we do not offer a coat or item checking service at this time. Please plan accordingly.

I need handicap seating. What do I do?

I am pregnant and cannot stand. Can I get disabled seating?


Absolutely. Please follow the same procedures noted in the link above to secure disabled seating.

I'm a photographer and would like to get a photo pass?


Please contact the artist directly to arrange photo pass requests. Our venue cannot issue photo passes and all passes must be approved and arranged by artist.

Do you offer food in your venue?


Unfortunately at this time we do not offer food to purchase inside our venue. Please plan accordingly.

What sort of payments do you accept at your box office and at the bar?


We accept cash and all major credit cards at both our box office and our bars.

Do you have an ATM inside the building?


We have two ATMs located inside our venue.

I lost my keys, jacket, phone, ID, credit card, etc. at a show. How do I claim my lost item?


4th & B is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Very rarely a show promoter will offer a coat check on a show night. If so, you check your coat at your own risk. Please call us at 619-231-4343 during our business hours (Monday - Friday, 10am - 5pm) to see if your item was turned into us. If we have it you may stop by during our business hours to pick it up.

I'm in a band and want to know how I can play at 4th&B?

What is the cheapest way to buy tickets?


The most affordable way to purchase tickets is by paying with cash at our box office which is open Monday – Friday from 10am – 5pm. You may also save on excessive ticketing fees by purchasing tickets via our website. Our website offers the exact ticketing prices as purchasing tickets over the phone. If for any reason you do not want to purchase tickets online feel free to place a phone order by calling our venue box office at 619-231-4343 Monday- Friday between 10am though 5pm. Please have a credit or debit card ready when you call to make a phone purchase. All phone order tickets are held at will call for pick up on the night of show.

I bought tickets over the phone and want to pick up my tickets before the show date. Is that ok?


Yes. Will call tickets purchased over the phone for any show night are available for pick up Monday – Friday from 10am-5pm. Please bring your photo ID when picking up tickets.

I am interested in renting the venue to either to book a show or to hold a private / special event. Who should I contact?

Is 4th&B part of House of Blues or Live Nation?


No. 4th&B is independently owned and operated and has no affiliation with House of Blues or Live Nation.

Do you give out ticket donations for charity raffles and auctions?
